Dr. Morley D. Glicken
Dr. Morley Glicken is the Executive Director of the Institute for Personal
Growth; Professor Emeritus in Social Work at California State University,
San Bernardino; former Dean of the Worden School of Social Service in
San Antonio; and a nationally known author, teacher, administrator, and
therapist.
The Institute for Personal Growth:
A research, training & practice cooperative
The Institute offers professional workshops for social workers, psychologists,
counselors, medical personnel, other helping professionals. All workshops
emphasize evidence-based practice, the strengths perspective, and
resilience.
Consulting services include specialized assistance to for-profit and non-
profit social and educational organizations and include help with grant
writing, budgets, personnel issues, and marketing.
Other services offered by the Institute include counseling, published books,
internet courses, a free-standing doctoral program.
